Healthy Oat and Apple Cake – Naturally Sweet and Full of Flavor


This soft and aromatic cake is the perfect combination of apples, oats, and warm spices — made without refined sugar or white flour.

It’s a wholesome dessert for breakfast, a snack, or even a light treat after dinner. Moist, fragrant, and naturally sweetened with honey and fruit 🍯🍏


🧁 Ingredients:

  • Rolled oats – 150 g

  • Whole wheat flour – 100 g

  • Apples – 2 medium, grated

  • Eggs – 2

  • Honey or maple syrup – 2 tbsp

  • Greek yogurt – 150 g

  • Coconut oil – 2 tbsp (melted)

  • Baking powder – 1 tsp

  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp

  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

  • A pinch of salt


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, yogurt, oil, and vanilla.

  3. Add the grated apples and mix well.

  4. Combine oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.

  5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until smooth.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Let it cool before slicing.
